All loans are secured by first mortgages over (i) existing residential properties, up to a maximum LVR of 75%, or (ii) land, up to a maximum LVR of 65%.
In all cases, the property must be located in or near major population centres.

- Evidence of income (financial statements, tax portal statements or accountant certificate)
