We back borrowers with real businesses, proven track records, and commercial discipline—typically professional developers or property investors.

Flexible Structuring

We consider multi-security, cross-border, and first/second mortgage structures where risk is understood and priced.

Club Deals & Syndications

We’re open to co-lending, but only where deal control and participant rights are clearly defined. We do not take passive funding positions.

Speed & Execution

We provide quick indicative terms—and fast no’s too—with a committed credit team for every deal. Final timing depends on DD and borrower readiness.

Settlement Certainty

We settle deals from our own capital or committed funding lines. We don’t issue terms unless we can complete.

We are not chasing speculative upside or high-yield risk. Planning risk, rezoning-only deals, and unpermitted sites are outside our mandate.
